Katie and Ben first met me at The Cheltenham Town Hall Wedding Fair and said their wedding was to be held at Rodmarton Church with the reception at the local village hall. Well believe you me, it was no normal village church and hall at all.
Katie got ready at her sister in law’s charming country cottage, and when her dad walked through the lounge door and saw his daughter for the first time in her wedding dress, well there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, me included. The ceremony was held at the most beautiful village church with a tree-lined avenue and a wonkie flank stone path. After the ceremony everyone walked through the village from the church to the village hall all holding hands and chatting and congratulating Katie and Ben. The village hall was decorated with loads of different coloured funky up lighters, fresh flowers and bunting but the views out the back were the best and views that any respectful high-end venue would be proud to show off.
Kate and Ben’s day was a truly uplifting wedding and one I felt very proud to a part off, and the perfect rural setting for such a sweet sweet couple.
