WOW! Crumplebury is utterly amazing. When Hayley and Ben booked me and said they were getting married at a venue that hadn’t been built yet, well lets just say I was very intrigued. After a few postponements due to covid their day finally happened, but not over one day, but over two days and it was fantastic.

The legal wedding itself was held at Crumplebury, in the beautiful ceremony room with a floor to ceiling glass wall that over looked green rolling hills. Shortly after the ceremony Hayley changed into a funky trouser suit to enjoy the rest of her day, as would need her wedding dress for tomorrow.

The second day was held in the woods, just down the road from Crumplebury. Everyone proceeded through the forest to the ceremony area and at this point it was so exciting as no body quite knew where they were going or what was round the next corner. The marriage was preformed by Ben’s brother, a truly wonderful and personal ceremony. The guests were then applied with copious amounts of fizz and canopies before making their way back to the kitchen of Crumplebury, The Green Cow, for a sumptuous wedding breakfast.

Both days were absolutely magical to photograph, and to get to know Hayley and Ben’s family and friends over those two days was a rare treat for a photographer. When I left on the Friday I was genuinely so excited to come back to share another day with them, and both days were so different from each other, from the suave sophisticated wedding in the ceremony room to the enchanted woodland wedding in the forest, my goodness an absolute photographers dream.

If I had my time again to get married I’m not sure which location I would choose as both were just absolutely stunning. Actually I think I do! Which one would you choose?
