My first wedding at Brinsop Court and my goodness what an absolute gem hidden in the hills of Hereford. A 14th century manor house which has undergone various alterations along the way, with beautifully designed rooms to accommodate either an initiate wedding or a big one.

Well Eleanor and Dominic had a big one. When we met for our pre wedding meeting at Brinsop Court we thoroughly enjoyed exploring all the rooms, and then they took me up to The Nook, and I could see where this wedding was going, a modern converted barn with high ceilings, exposed wood work and fabulous lighting, this venue had thought of everything.

The day before the wedding it snowed, now normally this wouldn’t be a problem but of course Brinsop Court is right in the middle of the country with slightly inaccessible roads. Eleanor with her fantastic organising skills messaged everyone with instructions on a clear route to the venue. I arrived in good time and was met by Eleanor and her lovely bridal team in one side of the house, and Dom with his handsome crew on the other side, all getting ready in various rooms, taking selfies and popping prosecco.

The day had started well, and continued to be such a perfect day. The ceremony took place in the oldest part of the manor, in a richly decorated room lit by candles, everyone then spilled out into the rest of the house for drinks and canapes before being taken up to the Nook to enjoy the rest of the wedding.

Once again the pics say so much more than my words, such a fantastic day to share in and to be apart off, with so many moments captured and documented from bridal prep, the ceremony, speeches and into the evening.
