What a terrific wedding Helen and George had at The Greenway Hotel, a rather hot day but still absolutely fantastic with the house and gardens offering plenty of shade.

Helen and George only wanted me for half of the day as were having an intimate wedding. I arrived in the morning to photograph Hannah getting ready, and of course to capture those iconic shots where you are just looking utterly fabulous in your wedding dress. I then joined George and the guests in the cool of the ceremony room waiting for Hannah’s arrival.

The ceremony was held in one of their beautifully decorated rooms, then everyone spilled out onto the immaculate lawns to enjoy the sunshine, refreshing drinks and canopies where handed out as everyone chatted and thoroughly lapped up the ambiance of this classic luxury country house. I was with Helen and George up to the beginning of the wedding breakfast and my last shot with them was the mock cutting of the cake.
