Birstsmorton Court is one of my favourite venues in Worcestershire to photograph at. I absolutely love the flow from the church to the moat house, from the white garden to the marquee, you effortlessly glide from one place to the next simply immersing yourself in the historic beauty of this wonderful manor house and grounds.
Paige and Chris, along with their happy little boy, very much wanted their old German shepherd to be a part of the wedding and he joined them for the ceremony and for a few pictures after. This was a real honour for me to capture such natural and candid footage of the four of them on such a special day, and very much hope these images will be treasured for a lifetime.
Paige’s gorgeous colour pallet of peaches and sky blue very much complimented the feel of the venue, and being one of the hottest days of the year these colours set against sun bleached stone just looked absolutely stunning. At times it practically felt as if we were in a far away sun kissed country as guests mingled in the shade while sipping cold lager and soaking up the atmosphere.
The whole day just couldn’t have been more perfect with clear skies and the sun shinning down on them all day, but when it came to the golden hour I was positively over the moon, a gorgeous madly in love couple, set against a 15th century manor house, with the sun going down over the Malverns, well I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but lets just say, I undoubtedly went home a very happy photographer.
